2021-2022 IndySHRM Board of Directors Slate Proposal

Without dedicated volunteer leaders, IndySHRM would not be able to continue to advance the human resource profession and the capabilities of all human resource professionals in central Indiana.

The current IndySHRM Board of Directors has provided a slate of candidates to appoint for the 2021-2022 term. Information about these candidates and their position is below.

Members of IndySHRM can vote on the slate of candidates before September 30th 2020.

President-Elect
Alona Bahler, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

  • Alona is a Benefits Manager at IU Health. She has over 12 years of HR experience and has been involved in SHRM since 2010. Alona has earned her bachelors degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and master's degree in HR Management from Purdue University. She is SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional. She is a regular volunteer for the HR Indiana Annual Conference.

    Bill Dykstra
    • William Dykstra is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Bancorp Officer for Fifth Third Bank. Prior to Fifth Third Bank, William as worked in several different industries included Healthcare and Real Estate. He has over 12 years of recruiting, retention and talent acquisition experience.
       
      Director of College & Community Relations
      Maggie Carter, aPHR
      • Maggie Carter, aPHR, is the Human Resources Manager for Schneider Geospatial. Maggie is a 2013 graduate of Ball State University, majoring in Organizational Communications. Since graduating from Ball State, Maggie has worked within tech, starting at Interactive Intelligence (now Genesys) and most recently Kronos in Indianapolis. During her time with these organizations she has lead recruitment, employee engagement, and community outreach efforts

      Kevin Johnson
      • Kevin is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Envigo RMS, LLC. He has significant HR experience, both global and domestic, and serves as the Executive sponsor for the global pandemic reemergence committee at Envigo for the company's first ever Diversity and Inclusion program.

        Director of Workforce Readiness
        Molly Clark, SHRM-SCP
        • Molly is a Human Resources Executive and Consultant with a track record of leading teams through change, implementing processes and initiatives to meet business objectives. Dedicated to creating a positive culture that drives employee engagement, training and development, surpasses expectations and meets organizational goals. Strong and diplomatic leader, who collaborates cross functionally to initiate programs with stakeholders resulting in a positive employer brand that enhances talent acquisition, retention and attains strategic goals.

          Director of Diversity & Inclusion
          Jill Clark, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
          • Jill Clark was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana graduating from North Central High School, then graduating from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio with her Bachelor's in Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing her Master's at Purdue University - Lafayette in Communication Leadership anticipated graduation in December, 2021. She holds her SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation as well as her Certified Diversity Professional designation from the Diversity & Inclusion Institute. She also actively facilitates training programs for SHRM for the SCP and CP certification training programs for IndySHRM. She enjoys traveling anywhere, has been to all 50 U.S. States, has two adult children and one granddaughter, and in her spare time practices ballroom dancing.
