<description><![CDATA[I would lean toward #3 - mounting workforce shortages, talent gaps, and economic pressures. I am a strong proponent of college education, but it's certainly not the only way to valuable career. Increasing the focus on apprenticeships and workforce readiness programs for young people is essential to help fill this gap (particularly in the skilled trades). ]]></description>
