Joseph Nierman

Joe Nierman, serves as a Retirement Plan Specialist and Personal Wealth Advisor with CSi Advisory Services. Joe’s efforts are dedicated to helping business and individuals protect the investment they have made in their employees and their future. He strives to help his clients face the challenges of wealth management and retirement without compromising the value of their estate or lifestyle. Joe graduated from Marian University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and earned his MBA from Anderson University in 2007. He began working with CSi shortly thereafter. Joe holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations with LPL Financial, as well as life and health insurance licenses and the AIF® designation. Joe is also highly active in the community. He serves on the board of directors for Trusted Mentors as President of the executive committee. He is also on the Board of Governors for Marian University’s Byrum School of Business. A native of Columbus Indiana, Joe now lives in Indianapolis with his wife Sarah and daughter Alice. He is a drummer in several bands and as a family they enjoy cycling, Hurling, and going to Indians games.

Kristi K. Baker

Kristi is Managing Partner for CSi Advisory Services. For over 25 years, Kristi has partnered with hundreds of plan sponsors to help them with the goal of designing and managing a successful retirement plan both from the company perspective and from retirement success of  their employees. Since 1993, Kristi has upheld a commitment to building an organization centered on integrity and meaningful relationships, which seek to provide unsurpassed service and independent advice for professionals, businesses and their employees. Kristi is a strong advocate of financial education and successful retirement outcomes. She holds a B.S. in Finance and Insurance from Illinois Wesleyan University. She has earned the Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P®) designation awarded in conjunction with the Anderson School of Business and Executive Management at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA); the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies. She is a Chartered Advisor of Senior Living (CASL®), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Kristi has dedicated her time to a number of local organizations and giving back is important to her. She resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband Bryan and their twin sons. She loves to travel and be active, and is always looking for a new adventure.
