Andy Dix

Andy Dix, MS, BCC, CPT, is President and a Board-certified Executive Coach at AD Growth Advisers Inc. in Indianapolis.  He was trained as a certified Reiss Motivation Profile® Master by Professor Steven Reiss.  Andy began using the Reiss Motivation Profile®(RMP) to support the advertising sales division of a Fortune 500 company. Andy has gone on to use the Reiss Motivation Profile® to help over 1,500 professionals understand their unique motivational make-up and values system. He uses the RMP in individual development, conflict resolution, succession planning, and teambuilding settings.  Andy is the author of “Life Matches: Fire Up Your Life!” He has been married for 33 years to his wife Kathy Dix.  He is an aircraft owner and private pilot.
