Description

We will discuss the National Alliance on Mental Illness StigmaFree Company initiative, a program that provides resources and information to companies to help create a stigma-free environment for their employees who may suffer from mental illness. In addition, we will provide tools, information, and resources to human resource professionals who face their own stressers and mental health challenges.

Ernani Magalhaes

Ernani Magalhaes is an attorney, philosophy professor, and advocate for people who suffer from mental illness. Since he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 20 years ago has been navigating the challenges of stigma and symptoms while improving conditions for others with mental illnesses.
