Description

With a majority of U.S. states enacting medical marijuana laws, marijuana in the workplace has become a hot issue for employers seeking to implement appropriate workplace policies for lawful marijuana users. Navigating this subject is complicated by the fact that marijuana remains illegal under federal law, and each state has different laws concerning marijuana use in the workplace. This seminar will dive into the details of this subject and will provide a foundation for establishing appropriate workplace rules covering marijuana use.
