LaJuana Warren

LaJuana Warren, Founder and President of Tapestry Solutions for Inclusion LaJuana is the owner of Tapestry Solutions for Inclusion as well as the Director of Learning and Development for Damar Services, Tapestry provides a series of workshops and training solutions that enable organizations, teams and individuals to create a more inclusive environment. Her passion for an inclusive work environment started earlier in her career when she worked for Xerox for over 23 years. She managed several diversity initiatives and headed several employee resource groups and worked in sales, sales management, and learning and development. Lajuana has worked as a consultant with several leading diversity and inclusion consulting firms and a Global Learning Company facilitating leadership, diversity and inclusion and awareness classes, and conducting executive interviews and focus groups.

LaJuana created Tapestry to answer the need of the local market to have face to face training and public labs on this subject that is near and dear to her heart. She is a past officer of the Diversity Round Table of Central Indiana, and speaks frequently at SHRM events, and other local venues. She co-created and facilitated “Celebrating our Differences” for the entire Indianapolis Fire Department, and delivered this training to over 1300 firefighters and civilians. She has taught Diversity and Inclusion and leadership courses to over 7000 participants. Her audiences have included Indianapolis Bar Association, Honda Manufacturing, Berry Global, American Lung Association, F. C. Tucker Realty, Citizen’s Energy, ACES energy, Milestone Construction to name a few. She is a graduate of IUPUI and University of Indianapolis where she earned her Master’s in HR. She is certified as a Human Resource Professional and holds her PHR.
