Description

Many people wonder at some point in their career: Do I have what it takes to be a great leader? The key to unleashing the power of great leadership is understanding the difference of managing versus leading others.  Come learn how to stop managing and start leading your team!  In this session, we will review how developing road maps for your team and how cultivating the environment to keep them on that path, leads to their success.  We will share a few easy to use tools will give you the ability to foster effective teamwork.  Come join us and start your own road map to success!
