Description

HR Leaders experience adversity every day, and they must own it. The Perspicacity Principle is seeing those situations differently so the HR leader can have a lasting impact on people and organizations. HR Leaders need not see everything differently in the big situations; they must see something differently in every situation…and then embrace it as a leader and for the entire organization. This discussion will outline the basic themes of the Perspicacity Principle, frame up the leadership equilibrium that exists in many organizations, and emphasize ways to disrupt status quo organizational cultures.

Behavioral Competencies - Leadership: Leadership and Navigation

Program will be certified for 1.25 SHRM and HRCI credits.
