Description

We often see wellness from the physical dimension; hit the treadmill, eat your vegetables, get your 8 hours of sleep. But a fully functional wellness program has the power to help your employees at the root of their personal well-being barriers they might not be consciously aware of. Do they suffer from a lack of belonging? Do they feel their work lacks a larger purpose? Are they financially strapped? Any of these issues have an impact on other areas of their health and wellness. Most importantly, how can a wellness program provided by an employer help a person discover and overcome the issues that might be negatively affecting their overall well-being?

Program will be certified for 1.25 SHRM and HRCI credits.
