Jennifer Weinmann
Director of Talent Acquisition at IU Health

Jennifer is a 2008 graduate from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, and a 2012 graduate from IUPUI with Master’s in Adult Education. Jen’s career has spanned various industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, Staffing, Higher Education, Management Consulting, and most recently, Healthcare.

As the leader of System Talent Acquisition at IU Health, Jen oversees a team of 40+ individuals, focused on recruitment for hourly – manager level roles. As a SHRM SCP, Jen loves applying her HR expertise to tackle process improvements and infuse evolving best practices into HR functions. From remote work, to technology and analytics, Jen has driven many implementations and org structure enhancements to allow organizations to thrive in an increasingly competitive employment environment.
