Description

Why retirement plans are critical to attracting and retaining talent in today’s workforce.

We recognize that most all financial providers demonstrate different areas of expertise with clients. And you like to position yourself as having a differentiated business model and value proposition.

But it’s difficult to differentiate yourself when advisers all talk about having the same 3-4 areas of expertise: investments, fiduciary, plan design, participant education, etc. What we’re striving to do with this presentation is give you a chance to add on and deliver a unique value prop to your clients - based on an industry trend that you don’t hear that much about in the industry... yet.

Program is certified for 1.25 SHRM and HRCI credits.
