It’s time to look at ethics from a “real world” perspective. We will review new ethical challenges from today’s front pages and discuss how they apply to modern organizations. We begin with fresh data on the metrics that really matter, solve current case studies, and identify significant ethical challenges on the horizon. All of this will be mapped on top of a review of some fundamental economic data and the “client experience” framework organizations are operating in.
This is a strategic session, offering the view from 35,000 feet with occasional dips to ground level. Participants will learn specific competencies needed on to stay relevant, and some surprising truths about the future of Human Capital.
