Because IndySHRM is such a large local chapter of SHRM, it offers numerous programming and networking opportunities ideal for Indianapolis-area HR professionals. Additionally, there are ten different committees in which we encourage members to be involved, as well as numerous one-off opportunities to lend time and expertise to notable, relevant causes throughout the year. In fact, volunteering with IndySHRM is one of the best ways to quickly engage with the chapter and form meaningful, lasting relationships with other members who share similar career interests.

Beyond committee involvement, there are opportunities for members to take their volunteerism to the next level by serving a two-year term on the IndySHRM Board of Directors, as well. Stay tuned for details about available board positions each year at the beginning of the fall.
