This interactive 2 hour workshop from Michael Simpson will focus on building HR’s credibility through the ability to make fact-based business cases to support HR programs.  He will focus on how currently accepted HR metrics do little to benefit HR and the organization.  As well as focus on identifying metrics that drive shareholder value and provide a roadmap to develop an HR scorecard.

Michael Simpson is a true innovator which enables him to maximize the potential of individuals and organizations.  Michael has over 20 years of experience transforming and reinventing organizations, as well as creating sustainable return on human capital investment.  He is a skilled strategist, speaker, facilitator, lecturer, and organizational consultant.

Michael’s efficacy for transforming organizations and people comes from his deep knowledge of international business, organizational strategy, and understanding of human performance technology.  His ability to create solutions in the areas of organizational culture, professional development programs, performance management systems, and employee satisfaction/engagement/ loyalty assessments.

Michael is currently completing coursework for his doctorate in adult learning, has a master’s degree in Human Resource Development, and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Psychology.  Michael’s extensive corporate HR leadership experience, consulting experience across industries, rigorous academic training, and global perspective make him uniquely qualified to bring sustainable results to your organization.
