IndySHRM Strategic Leaders Forum Tuesday, August 23, 2011 “Creating a Culture of Execution” Presented by Scott Thele – FranklinCovey

Does your organization have a business strategy mapped out, but perhaps aren’t seeing the results of those strategies turn into profitability? Do you have an HR Strategy that you have been unable to execute because you are bogged down in your daily “real job”? Executing strategic goals is the greatest challenge businesses face today. Aligning the organization’s work teams with your most important objectives is a never-ending battle. In addition, keeping teams engaged and focused on the top goals is critical. This powerful 2 hour workshop from FranklinCovey will give you the tools you need to define your strategies and then will lay out how to successfully execute those strategies.

This 16 minute video briefly outlines FranklinCovey’s “The 4 Disciplines of Execution” strategy and how this workshop will help you be more successful.
