Congrats – You Found Us!

The simple fact that you took the time to click on the tiny blue plus sign surely suggests your interest in IndySHRM - central Indiana's largest local SHRM chapter. But don't let our size intimidate you...we use it to our advantage! We have the resources to host over 24 events each year, and with that much going on you know there's bound to be some topics that will knock your socks off!

Plus, if you're looking for more opportunities to have closer knit-ties with the HR professionals you meet, then we HIGHLY encourage you to join one of our ten different IndySHRM committees. Volunteer work is one of the most effective ways to quickly engage and become an active member of our chapter.

Lastly, if you are passively testing the job transition waters or are in active job seeking mode already, you absolutely can't miss our IndySHRM Job Board. It's simply the most targeted resource for finding human resource-related career opportunities in the greater Indianapolis area.

So take a look around our site...we're so glad you stopped by!

Member Testimonials

“IndySHRM is a dynamic, active organization with many opportunities to get involved. As a committee leader this year, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with our motivated, engaging Legislative Affairs committee to plan meaningful content for IndySHRM’s membership.”
Shelley Jackson, Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP
"Over the past two years as Chair of Diversity and Inclusion I have been able to add depth to my HR knowledge from attending the programs IndySHRM offers while expanding my network with great people that I have met."
Britt Griffin, IndySHRM Diversity & Inclusion Chair & Board Member
"I have participated in IndySHRM for over 2 decades because I find tremendous value in the relationships and the information exchange offered by the organization. Some of my favorite HR people are those I have gotten to know through IndySHRM over the years - folks I call for support, key learning and even just for fun. Being part of the board has provided another level of engagement that challenges me to participate in win-win relationship with the chapter. If you are an HR professional at any level and you are not part of IndySHRM, you are missing out."
Karen Seketa, Element Three
